How do I cancel my membership?

Remember if you cancel your Circle subscription, you will lose all your Star Credits you have accumulated. You will also no longer have access to any material in Circle, including the Mini-lessons, Bonus material and any exercise results you have submitted. Please email us at contact@LMK88.com and we will send you cancellation instructions via email. You MUST follow those instructions to have your membership canceled, otherwise your subscription will continue.

If you cancel you may resubscribe only during Open Registration periods (which are limited to one week a few times a year). Any current increase in price of the membership fees will be applied when resubscribing, any previous lower price will no longer be valid. Staying subscribed will maintain your subscription price through future price increases.

We do not suspend or put on hold any membership subscriptions, you may cancel and then rejoin during the Open Registration period.

For our monthly services and memberships, cancellations can be done only if requested in writing via email (through the contact form LMK88.com/contact) with a reply email from us acknowledging receipt 72 hours before the next payment due date.

Because our services are billed monthly or annually, it is your responsibility to request subscription cancellation timely so we can send you an acknowledgment at least 3 business days (72 hours) PRIOR to the next payment coming out. Our staff does not work on the weekends or during USA Holidays.
